Release of Ratko Mladić outside the international supervision system would be an insult to victims

SARAJEVO, April 26 (FENA) – War victims’ associations in Bosnia and Herzegovina have sent an official request to the President of the Mechanism for International Criminal Tribunals, Graciela Gatti Santana, calling for the rejection of a proposal to transfer convicted war criminal Ratko Mladić to Serbia for medical treatment.
