SARAJEVO, April 20 (FENA) – The regular session of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, scheduled for today, could not be held due to the absence of three delegates each from the SNSD and the HDZ BiH, resulting in a lack of quorum at the very beginning.
