SARAJEVO, April 20 (FENA) - Deputy Speaker of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina Dragan Čović (HDZ BiH) announced today in Sarajevo that a session of the Collegium of the House will be held at the request of himself and Collegium member Nikola Špirić (SNSD), in an effort to reach an agreement, in line with the Rules of Procedure, on how to restore the functioning of the upper chamber.
