TI BiH warns candidate for APIK director may not meet requirements

SARAJEVO, April 17 (FENA) – Transparency International in Bosnia and Herzegovina (TI BiH) has sent a letter to delegates of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, warning that the legality and integrity of the upcoming appointment of the director of the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption and Coordination of the Fight against Corruption (APIK) are questionable. The appointment is set to be considered at a session on Monday.
