BANJA LUKA, April 8 (FENA) – Citizens and businesses in Republika Srpska are still unable to exercise their right to cheaper fuel, as the Government's decision to reduce prices by 0.10 KM per liter has not yet been published in the Official Gazette of Republika Srpska, and contracts with retailers have not been signed.
