Forto: We have to improve driver’s license process as 220 people die on BiH roads every year

SARAJEVO, March 31 (FENA) – Bosnia and Herzegovina’s Minister of Communications and Transport, Edin Forto, stated today in Sarajevo that over 220 people die annually on the country’s roads, and that if such a number of deaths occurred for any other reason, the country would be in a state of emergency.
