Average apartment price in FBiH increased by 23 percent in 2025 compared to the previous year

SARAJEVO, March 18 (FENA) – The FBiH Administration for Geodetic and Property Affairs (FGU) announced today that the total number of real estate sale and purchase contracts in 2025 in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina amounted to 23,398, with a total contract value of KM 1,896,158,837.
