SARAJEVO, March 5 (FENA) – Bosnia and Herzegovina does not have a problem with formal access to European funds, but with their actual use, which remains far below what is available to us, what we could draw, and what would have a huge effect on economic growth, infrastructure, the quality of public services, and the living standard of our citizens, said Dr. Adis Arapović, manager of the SMART Training Center (CPCD) and an expert in EU project development, in an interview with FENA.
