SARAJEVO, February 26 (FENA) – The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has issued a decision rejecting the proposal of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina to order detention for the accused Dragoljub Kunarac, finding that detention, as a last resort measure to secure the defendant’s presence at this stage of the proceedings, is not necessary. The BiH Prosecutor’s Office had also proposed, as an alternative, the imposition of restrictive measures.
