SARAJEVO, February 26 (FENA) – The Association of Victims and Witnesses of Genocide strongly condemns and expresses deep outrage over the decision of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina to deny pretrial detention for Dragoljub Kunarac and allow him to defend himself while at liberty in a new trial for crimes against humanity in Foča.
