Foča hosts project writing training: Billions of Euros available, only 20 percent used

FOČA, February 25 (FENA) – A professional training session is currently being held in Foča as part of the three-year regional project 'Empowered'. The program aims to improve the position of persons with disabilities by supporting employment, promoting better and fairer community-based solutions, and strengthening local initiatives. Through joint work, exchange of experiences, and learning, participants seek to contribute to building a society in which everyone has equal opportunities and a place in the community.
