Kunarac released as Court of BiH orders restraining measures instead of custody

SARAJEVO, February 25 (FENA) – The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina did not order detention for Dragoljub Kunarac, who is charged with crimes in Foča, as requested today by the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina on the grounds of flight risk and public disturbance. Instead, the Court imposed restraining measures, his defense attorney Anja Loga confirmed for Detektor.
