The public then does not recognize stability; all they see is improvisation. Anyone with a defined identity and principled communication can project the image they want, but it requires serious work, preparation, and continuity,” said Dr. Damir Šehanović, owner of the consulting agency Damar Communications and assistant professor at the University of Mostar.
