Bosniak delegates urge HJPC to enforce party leadership ban against Dodik

SARAJEVO, February 18 (FENA) – Delegates of the Bosniak Caucus in the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH PA) today sent a formal request to the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC) of BiH, seeking clarification as to why the legal consequence of a conviction, namely the ban on holding the office of president of a political party, has not yet been enforced in the case of Milorad Dodik, as announced when criminal charges were filed against him.
