Energy Law Association to strengthen legal framework for energy transition and investment in BiH

SARAJEVO, February 16 (FENA) – The energy transition, alignment with the European Union's acquis communautaire, and the establishment of a power exchange are among the key challenges facing Bosnia and Herzegovina’s energy sector, prompting the creation of the Energy Law Association, a professional body of legal experts aimed at supporting the development of legislation and investment in the sector.
