SARAJEVO, February 15 (FENA) – The Head of the OSCE Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ambassador Rick Holtzapple, stated that political actors must take responsibility for the tone and content of their campaigns ahead of the elections, urging them to focus more on their concrete platforms. In an interview with FENA, he also emphasized that new election technologies can strengthen trust in the electoral process, but are not a 'magic solution', and warned of obstructions that paralyze institutions and slow Bosnia and Herzegovina's path toward the European Union.
