STRASBOURG, February 13 (FENA) – Commissioner for Human Rights of the Council of Europe, Michael O’Flaherty, expressed deep concern over recent statements by political leaders in the entity of Republika Srpska, including former RS President Milorad Dodik, who announced new steps toward the secession of the entity from Bosnia and Herzegovina.
