SARAJEVO, February 13 (FENA) – The Coalition for Free and Fair Elections “Under the Magnifier” (Pod lupom) will conduct a civic, non-partisan observation mission for the Early Elections for the Mayor of Vareš Municipality, scheduled to take place on Sunday, February 15.
