HJPC - Prosecutor’s Office of BiH to clarify allegations over halting war crimes indictment

SARAJEVO, February 6 (FENA) – The High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC) of Bosnia and Herzegovina will request a statement from the Management of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina regarding allegations by prosecutor Izet Odobašić that Chief State Prosecutor Milanko Kajganić prohibited the submission to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina for confirmation of an indictment for crimes in Sanski Most and Manjača, Detektor has confirmed.
