Association 'Woman–Victim of War' files complaint with HJPC over Chief Prosecutor Kajganić's work

SARAJEVO, February 5 (FENA) – The Sarajevo-based Association 'Woman – Victim of War' has submitted a complaint to the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC) of Bosnia and Herzegovina regarding the work of the Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, Milanko Kajganić. The association is requesting an examination of the legality of his work and conduct to ensure the unhindered, professional, and lawful handling of all war crimes cases.
