SARAJEVO, February 5 (FENA) – Bosnia and Herzegovina's Minister of Communications and Transport, Edin Forto, spoke at the European Parliament about the future of the Western Balkans' integration into the European Union, stressing that the EU accession process cannot be reduced solely to technical legislative harmonization.
