Banja Luka Human Rights House welcomes RS Constitutional Court decision on non-profit organizations

BANJA LUKA/SARAJEVO, February 4 (FENA) – The Banja Luka Human Rights House has welcomed the decision of the Constitutional Court of Republika Srpska confirming the repeal of the Law on the Special Register and Public Transparency of the Work of Non-Profit Organizations in Republika Srpska, which was adopted by the National Assembly of RS in March 2025.
