Čapljina becomes part of GEA JP Initiative aimed at strengthening the role of women in communities

ČAPLJINA, January 23 (FENA) – The start of cooperation between the City of Čapljina and the Gender Equality Accelerator Joint Programme (GEA JP) was marked on Thursday at the City Administration building in Čapljina. The initiative is a UN program in Bosnia and Herzegovina implemented by UN Women, UNDP, UNICEF, and UNFPA, with financial support from the EU, Sweden, and Denmark, and aims to advance gender equality and strengthen the role of women in local communities.
