Decision on conflict of interest cases returned for revision, new proceedings initiated

SARAJEVO, January 21 (FENA) – The decision to initiate proceedings against an adviser to Marinko Čavara (Speaker of the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliament) has been returned for revision in order to determine, through entity-level legislation, whether a municipal councilor constitutes a public office, it was said at a session of the Commission for Deciding on Conflict of Interest in the Institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
