BHK CIGRE: Prosumers and battery storage pivotal for enhancing flexibility of BiH’s power system

SARAJEVO, January 20 (FENA) – At today’s roundtable in Sarajevo dedicated to increasing the flexibility of the power system, President of the Bosnia and Herzegovina Committee of Electrical Engineers (BHK CIGRE) Zijad Bajramović said that the power sector is undergoing a period of accelerated change, primarily due to the expansion of generation capacities from renewable energy sources, in which prosumer models and energy storage play an important role.
