SARAJEVO, January 20 (FENA) – High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina Christian Schmidt said that responsibility for the political stalemate in the country is often shifted onto others, including the Office of the High Representative (OHR), to divert attention from the real problems and the accountability of domestic political actors.
