SARAJEVO, January 19 (FENA) – Prime Minister of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina Nermin Nikšić, addressing the MPs at a session of the House of Representatives of the FBiH Parliament, said that this year’s Federation of BiH budget was prepared under complex circumstances and alongside significant changes in the way public finances are managed.
