BiH can invoke the Aarhus Convention over Croatia's radioactive waste plans at Trgovska gora

SARAJEVO, January 14 (FENA) – In response to plans by the Republic of Croatia to dispose of radioactive waste in the immediate vicinity of the border with Bosnia and Herzegovina, the competent institutions of BiH must act urgently and in a coordinated manner, with strong support from the non-governmental sector and civil society, said Emina Veljović, Executive Director of the Aarhus Centre in BiH, in a statement for FENA.
