BANJA LUKA, January 13 (FENA) – Legal expert Milan Blagojević warns that the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina would violate the Constitution of BiH if it decides that it lacks jurisdiction in the case concerning the constitutionality of the election of the Republika Srpska Government headed by Savo Minić, stressing that there is no justification for the court’s months-long delay in issuing a decision.
