USTIKOLINA, January 7 (FENA) – The mayor of Foča municipality in the Federation of BiH, Mujo Sofradžija, on the proposal of the municipal Civil Protection Staff, has issued a decision declaring a state of natural disaster in this part of BPC Goražde.
