FBiH Chamber of Commerce supports industry in adapting to EU Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism

SARAJEVO, December 31 (FENA) – The Chamber of Commerce of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CCFBiH) is closely monitoring the introduction of the CBAM (Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism), which will be fully implemented from 1 January 2026. The mechanism imposes a cost on carbon dioxide (CO₂) emissions for goods imported into the EU from Bosnia and Herzegovina and other non-EU member states.
