SARAJEVO, December 23 (FENA) – Elmedin Konaković, president of the People and Justice Party (NIP), stated that despite the most serious crisis in the post-Dayton period, Bosnia and Herzegovina remains stable and closer than ever to opening negotiations with the European Union.
