BiH PA House of Peoples session adjourned after Serb delegates fail to attend

SARAJEVO, December 23 (FENA) – The session of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina was adjourned due to a lack of quorum, as not a single delegate from the Serb Caucus appeared at the session after a one-hour recess.
