BiH Parliament committee backs the Billl on HJPC, rejects amendments to the Law on Court of BiH

SARAJEVO, December 22 (FENA) – The Constitutional Committee of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH PA) has endorsed the principles of the Bill on the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC) of BiH and confirmed its compliance with the Constitution and legal system of BiH.
