SARAJEVO, December 19 (FENA) – Instead of reaching agreement on the appointment of an external expert to monitor the work of the Department for Conducting Proceedings Based on Reports, the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC) discussed, at its two-day session held on December 17 and 18, the alignment of its Rulebook with the Law on the HJPC.
