Stier: 30 years after DPA, BiH is still not consolidated as a fully sovereign and multi-ethnic state

BRUSSELS, December 18 (FENA) – Member of the European Parliament and Chair of the Delegation for Relations with Bosnia and Herzegovina, Davor Ivo Stier, stated on Thursday that "30 years after the Dayton Agreement, Bosnia and Herzegovina has still not consolidated as a fully sovereign and multi-ethnic state".
