Ćutahija: BiH’s EU path is stalled not by lack of solutions or expertise, but by political blockades

SARAJEVO, December 17 (FENA) – According to the latest European Commission report, Bosnia and Herzegovina has made no substantive progress on its European path, and the withdrawal of key European laws and the decision to appoint a chief negotiator from the agenda of the Council of Ministers of BiH further confirms this assessment, Haris Ćutahija, director of the Foreign Policy Initiative of BiH, told FENA today.
