Konaković: It is good that the Laws on HJPC and Court of BiH were removed from the agenda

SARAJEVO, December 16 (FENA) – Bosnia and Herzegovina's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Elmedin Konaković, assessed as very positive the decision to remove from the agenda of today’s session of the Council of Ministers of BiH the items related to the establishment of the office of BiH’s chief negotiator with the European Union, the Draft Law on the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC), and the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on the Court of BiH.
