PODGORICA, December 16 (FENA) – Graffiti glorifying convicted war criminal Ratko Mladić was written on the wall enclosing the complex of the Embassy of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Podgorica on Tuesday, and the Podgorica police have launched an investigation to identify the perpetrators.
