SARAJEVO, December 15 (FENA) – Global prospects for foreign direct investment (FDI) in 2025 are not positive. According to the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), trade wars, growing economic and political uncertainty, and financial market volatility have contributed to a sharp decline in investment activity worldwide early this year, mirrored in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which recorded a drop in foreign investments in the first half of 2025, the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency of BiH (FIPA) told FENA.
