BANJA LUKA, December 9 (FENA) – The Head of the OSCE Mission in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Rick Holtzapple, visited the University of Banja Luka today and gave a lecture to students of the Faculty of Political Science on the 'Perspectives of a New Generation: Why the OSCE Mission Remains Important in BiH'.
