Kolář: Relying on external actors hinders Bosnia and Herzegovina's progress

BRUSSELS, November 25 (FENA) – European Parliament (EP) rapporteur for Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ondřej Kolář, told BiH journalists that he is pessimistic about the situation in BiH, warning that domestic politicians avoid responsibility, slow down reform processes, and often rely on external actors instead of making key decisions themselves.
