Women journalists in BiH face frequent attacks and lack of legal protection

SARAJEVO, November 24 (FENA) – The BH Journalists Association today presented a study titled 'Safety of Women Journalists in Bosnia and Herzegovina', which showed that between 2021 and 2024, a total of 129 attacks and other security risks against journalists in BiH were reported. Of these, 31 attacks targeted women journalists, 47 targeted male journalists, 33 targeted media outlets and organizations, and 21 attacks involved groups of journalists.
