BiH Court upholds appeal, increases Pavlović sentence to 3.5 years for inciting hatred

SARAJEVO, November 21 (FENA) – The Council of the Appellate Panel of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has delivered the second-instance verdict in the case against Vojin Pavlović, by which his defense counsel's appeal was rejected as unfounded, while the appeal of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH was upheld. As a result, the first-instance verdict from May of this year was partially amended in the part relating to the length of the sentence.
