SARAJEVO, November 13 (FENA) – Džermin Pašić, Deputy Chief Prosecutor of Bosnia and Herzegovina, warned the country’s top judicial body in early October that his position was being undermined and that he was being bypassed during the investigation of an alleged attack on the constitutional order. In a letter obtained by Detektor, Pašić also accused Chief Prosecutor Milanko Kajganić of establishing a mechanism to control decision-making in a case involving then-suspect Milorad Dodik, and of subjecting him to mobbing, Detektor learns.
