Forto: We must first adopt reform laws before discussing the chief negotiator

SARAJEVO, November 12 (FENA) – It’s unbelievable that we keep talking about Bosnia and Herzegovina’s chief negotiator with the European Union while we haven’t even adopted the key laws requested by the European Commission, said Bosnia and Herzegovina’s Minister of Communications and Transport, Edin Forto, following today’s session of the Council of Ministers.
