BANJA LUKA/SARAJEVO, November 6 (FENA) – Transparency International in Bosnia and Herzegovina (TI BiH) has submitted a request to the Public Procurement Agency to monitor the procurement process for the project 'Construction of Public Lighting in the City of Banja Luka under the ESCO Model', after discovering that one of the members of the consortium of bidders, the Belgrade-based company Aviator Group, submitted confirmations of completed contracts which, according to publicly available data from Serbia, could not have been legitimately issued.
