SARAJEVO, October 31 (FENA) – The chief negotiator must not be the exclusive right of any political party, especially not the SNSD. This should be a person who, in addition to political support, also has the backing of the professional and academic community, someone capable of leading a highly demanding and responsible process to ensure that Bosnia and Herzegovina becomes a member of the EU as soon as possible, said today for FENA the head of the SDA caucus in the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliament, Šerif Špago.
