BANJA LUKA, October 24 (FENA) – Former member of the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina and legal expert Vehid Šehić told FENA that only an emergency caused by a natural disaster could postpone the scheduled early elections for the president of the Republika Srpska (RS).
