SARAJEVO, October 16 (FENA) – The Minister of Defense of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Zukan Helez, together with his deputies Slaven Galić and Aleksandar Goganović, received today the Ambassador of the Republic of France to BiH, François Delmas, who presented the newly appointed French non-resident defense attaché to BiH, Brigadier Philippe Abraham.
